Services Field service and field repair is available 24 hours a day. Rouly, Inc. has a National Board "R" Stamp for maintaining code integrity on field repairs. Tube testing and/or tube plugging can be performed in the shop or in the field. Rouly, Inc., will on occasion provide tubular cleaning in the field and at our shop facility. ROULY, INC. maintains a fleet of trucks to transport heat exchangers to and from your site. The fleet is capable of hauling up to 45,000 lbs. There is no charge for pickup and delivery within a 100 mile radius of Hobbs, New Mexico. Rouly personnel are experienced in making emergency repairs in the field and will respond in a timely manner.
