Products Rouly Inc. is prepared to fabricate Heat Exchangers to your specifications. Our shop is A.S.M.E. and National Board certified. Every heat exchanger that we fabricate or repair meets or exceeds this strict code before it leaves the yard. We are currently equipped with an overhead crane capacity of 40,000 lbs. We have 4 precision drill presses and 2 lathes in our main manufacturing location. Our welding capabilities consist of Stick, MIG, and TIG. We also have qualified Welding procedures for carbon steel, carbon steel to stainless steel, stainless steel to stainless steel, titanium to titanium. We will qualify specific procedures as requested. We maintain a stock of pressure vessel quality steel plate from .25" to 3" in thickness. Our tubular goods inventory is usually adequate for emergencies for straight tubes. We maintain a substantial inventory of 5/8" fin tubes for coolers.
